Fiscal Review and Certification

An independent and professional review may identify any deviations from the correct implementation of the fiscal law.

The fiscal complexity is covered in a much better way by specialized teams, who are in close connection both with HLB international teams and with Romanian fiscal authorities. Having a broad experience in fiscal inspections, HLB Romania specialists know the interpretations and the approaches of the control authorities in various cases.

The review activity can be carried out one-time basis or periodically.

 The review activity will be carried out as follows:

• Review and analysis of the documents underlying the computation of taxes and fees
• Identifying and evaluating the fiscal risks from the reviewed period
• Review of the tax calculation and of tax returns
• Identifying the best methods for correcting errors and reducing future risks
• Evaluating the fiscal planning possibilities that can be approached.
