Mircea has been a member of the HLB Romania team since 2006 and joined the Board as Partner in 2013, on Audit and Accounting lines of business. He is continuously dedicated to the development of the business and the growth of the teams he is leading.

Mircea provides a wide range of services to local and multinational companies, financial audits, management and financial accounting and reporting adapted to specific requirements of the client.

Mircea’s fast career advancement was firmly founded on his theoretical expertise and his ability to apply it practically. Mircea’s focus is to deliver results, using practical solutions, and to adapt these solutions to the needs of the client.

He is certified as a financial auditor, chartered accountant and expert in Financial International Reporting and he also graduated the EMBA courses. He is a member of the ACCA, of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR) and of the Chamber of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania (CECCAR).

Mircea’s areas of expertise are: Statutory and Group Audit, Internal Audit, Corporate Accounting, Management and IFRS reporting, Management Accounting and Taxation.
